This is really tragic.

And yet another example of a secular government setting aside prescepts of Islamic Law (such as the inviolability of the places of worship of ahl-e-kitab when they have become recognized, tax paying subjects of the state) in order to gratify the whim of a leader. So now a place which was dedicated to the worship of the God of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) and Hazrat Musa (AS), the one Allah (SWT), Rabb of all the worlds, Lord of Djinn and Men, becomes a mere playground for a human ruler. Ya Allah, please give us the strength to live by your laws and to do justice to all of your creatures.
