They are a very courageous organization, frequently operating in locations no one else will (such as Iraq, Chechnya, and Afghanistan). While they are a Muslim organization, they help everyone: after the Beslan massacre they temporarily ceased relief operations in Chechnya and redirected the aid to the Russian hospitals where the survivors were recovering.
